The Only Climbing Hydrangea Variety

Why Climbing Hydrangeas?

A vigorous climbing vine for arbors, pergolas and beyond, the Climbing Hydrangea delivers beauty unlike any other. It has a slow-growing, shrubby habit until it's established, and then it takes off...producing long, fast-growing stems that blanket your garden in unmatched elegance.

The only climbing variety available, this Hydrangea is so vigorous that it can cloak your home in no time. And since it's deciduous, it shades walls in summer but lets the sun in during winter, thus saving energy. With its clinging habit, it doesn't require a trellis and extends across any surface with ease.

White lacecap blooms fill your garden throughout the summer. Your yard will be full of life and color all throughout the summer as your Climbing Hydrangea blossoms. The dark green leaves and creamy petals make an excellent contrast against your landscape's backdrop, providing inexpensive yet elegant cover that's second to none.

From the cold of Chicago to the humidity of Atlanta, it thrives. Resistant to a light freeze and tolerant of fairly hot temperatures, your Hydrangea can flourish in most conditions. So, despite its delicate appearance, it's unbelievably strong.

    Climbing Hydrangea

I received 2 healthy plant and they went into the ground within hours of arrival on 05/15/23. To date (06/22/23) they are looking healthy with one plant having a couple of new leaves. We are heading for very hot weather so I am hoping to see survival and possibly a few more leaves. Keeping my fingers crossed they continue to grow. Hopefully at a faster rate in the near future.
