Arrived in Great Shape
I am very pleased with the HK Orchid tree that arrived. It was in the ground the next day, and we are looking forward to the blooms. I would recommend FGT to others. Someone placed a plastic strap at one end of the box to make hauling easier. I assumed it was at the pot end, but was surprised the lifted end was pot end. May help if "pot end" is printed on the box. Only slight damage from being upside down.
Didn't know these existed, can't wait to see it grow!
Received our tree very quickly and we are extremely pleased with it's height and healthy appearance. Can't wait to get it planted in the bed we are making for it.

Delivered to me looking healthy and about 4 ft tall. Delivery was fast once shipped.
It's alive!
Experience has been good overall. It's been a few weeks now. I appreciate the delivery updates. I was able to open the box upon arrival but the tree was sad. 90% of the leaves were in the box and the top 6 inches was bent. I repotted it and kept it under my patio cover. Its now growing new leaves! I am hopeful.
