Why Tri-Color Dappled Willow Shrubs?
The Tri-Color Willow Hedge Shrub, or 'Dappled Willow', is an amazing new shrub that can be planted to form a colorful 8 to 10-foot privacy hedge. Heavy branching means that the stunning Tri-Color Willow grows quickly and beautifully.
In fact, you can expect a full hedge after the first few growing seasons, along with ethereal beauty that makes an effortlessly elegant statement. Even better? It's easy to prune if you want it kept short.
And its rounded or weeping silhouette makes it a great accent plant as well. Put one at the corner of your home to liven up dull spots with vivacious, eye-catching vibrancy.
Plus, new growth emerges with a rich pink tint that leaves a fresh impression. During spring, your Dappled Willow Shrub will come alive, with an array of branches full of light green foliage and a hint of white on each leaf. The Tri-Color truly lives up to its name in color variation and graceful good looks.

Satisfied so far!
There was unfortunately a 1-2 week delay in receiving my order, but when it arrived all the plants were in good shape. They’ve been planted about a month now and have shown good growth already! I used Root Rocket to help them get established also
Great growth and colors
We bought these to put in front of our pool fence for privacy. They’ve grown fast and we only lost one to deer (I didn’t get the fence up soon enough) but the new one we planted is already taking off to try to catch up with the others. I wanted privacy with color and not just the usual bushes or boxwoods… this was just what I was hoping for!
Great service!
Love the trees, can't wait to watch them grow!
Lots of compliments
The photo of the dappled willow tree in the pics of the listing for the shrub made me think I could prune this bush into a tree shape. I cannot, they are two different things. I don't think they should include photos of different varieties of the plants were are viewing. I have seen them do that on other listings as well. So now I have two in my front yard where I'd wanted trees and these things I swear are like 10ft wide and about 7 ft tall in less than 2 years. They grow sort of wild and a bit out of control so I think I will cut to the ground this winter or whenever it is recommended and start them over. I was kind of letting them do their thing and trying to figure out why no "central leader" or main trunk was forming. Now I know lol.
Alive but in rough shape
All my tri-colored willows arrived in rough shape. I have been in contact with customer service (they’ve been great so far) to see if the plants will survive. Taking the entire season to recover with little growth. I wouldn’t mail order this particular plant again.
