Striking Fall Color + Easy Spreading Growth
Why Tiger Eyes Sumac Shrubs?
The Tiger Eyes Sumac, also known as the Staghorn Sumac, is famous for its spectacular fall color and effortless spreading growth. From borders to foundation plantings or even focal points in your flower beds, the Tiger Eyes Sumar lives up to its name with unmatched color and fine foliage.
And because it's a dwarf variety that's less aggressive than other related plants, it thrives nearly anywhere. That means less space in your landscape is no problem - no matter where it grows, your Tiger Eyes Shrub will deliver brilliant chartreuse, orange, and scarlet tones plus pops of purple with its branches and stems.
Its spreading growth habit also helps stop erosion, so you can add the Tiger Eyes Sumac to hillsides, steep inclines, and any other problem area in your landscape. Not only does the Tiger Eyes thrive with virtually no work on your part...but it also works for you.

Planting & Care
1. Planting: Plant in an area with full sun to partial shade (a minimum of about 3 to 4 hours of morning sun is ideal) and well-drained soil.
Once you've selected a location, dig a hole about twice the size of your shrub's root ball, place your shrub, backfill the soil, and water the area.
2. Watering: Water your Tiger Eyes Sumac after planting and ensure the soil stays moist about 3 inches down. Once the Tiger Eyes is established (after about a year), natural rainfall will take care of the rest.
Estimated Shipping Time: Most orders ship immediately. As noted on the website, some items are seasonal, and may only ship in spring or fall. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
