Bright Golden Foliage + Deep Pink Blooms
Why Golden Jackpot® Weigela Shrubs?
One of the brightest varieties on the market today, the Golden Jackpot® Weigela Shrub lives up to its name, giving you an explosion of vibrant color and unique contrast to elevate your landscape's curb appeal.
Brilliant golden-yellow foliage holds its color all season long. In fact, you get vivid color throughout the summer, unlike with similar varieties that fade in the heat. And since it grows in a neat, compact silhouette, it's perfect for low-growing groups, corners of your home, and focal points in your plant beds.
Plus, it's a prolific bloomer that's virtually carefree. Crimson buds give way to rich pink flowers in spring that last for weeks. And though it prefers well-drained soil, this shrub is highly adaptable to almost any soil type and thrives through cold, heat, and drought.

Planting & Care
2. Watering: Water your shrub regularly during the first growing season, or about once per week. You may need to water more often during times of extreme heat. But if you’re not sure when to water your Weigela, however, simply check the soil about 2 to 3 inches down – if the soil is dry here, it’s time to water.
3. Pruning: Pruning is not necessary for your Weigela – simply space your plantings to allow your Weigela to grow naturally. If you want a more formal appearance, prune annually after the second flowering period at the end of summer.
4. Fertilizer: Fertilize your shrub with a slow-release solution before new growth begins in the spring.
Estimated Shipping Time: Most orders ship immediately. As noted on the website, some items are seasonal, and may only ship in spring or fall. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
