Customer Reviews & Photos
This company is not worth spending the money on
I ordered 4 Royal Empress Trees late September of last year. They were supposed to 1-2' tall. They were barely a foot. One month later 2 of them died (we don't get frost or snow here) Called them and they sent two out. Customer service said they would go dormant so will lose leaves. In March I emailed and said that two trees were starting to get leaves (even though the tree is about a 3" stump) The other trees are dead. They asked and I provided pictures. They confirmed they were dead and informed me that now I would have to pay $46.95 to buy an additional guarantee!!! Bottom line this place is not like Gurneys who has a guarantee for a year. Customer service via email is a joke. I will never buy from this company again. I'm out $120 now for two sticks.
We are so sorry that two of your trees didn't make it! These should be covered under our dormancy guarantee. One of our customer care reps is going to reach out to you privately to get this resolved.
Better than perfect.
I bought a small Canadian Hemlock tree expecting it to be 12" tall. It's better than 24" beautifully full and will be absolutely gorgeous once it's planted. I don't need much but when I do need trees I always go to FastGrowingTrees.com. They stand behind what they sell, they package them correctly and I feel they have the cream of the crop.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We’re thrilled that we were able to provide you with great plants and we appreciate your continued business!
