Horrible
Frustrating at best. I anticipated some trouble, but not to this extreme. Japanes Maple arrived half dead and scant. No chance of saving it. Had to provide picture proof and grovel for a refund after being offered 50% off to keep it as is. After holding for 10 minutes while she spoke to supervisor, agreed to a one time courtesy refund for being a long time customer.

The tree came. It was the proper size. It’s huge. It’s beautiful. In fact I’ve already ordered a second.
