Great experience with your company.
Tree was packed securely. Obviously dormant but starting leaf buds. Appears healthy and has very good root system for a small tree. I will take good care of it.
Great support
Originally I bought 2 of these trees. One was good looking and the other was basically a branch with leaves and the root ball came completely apart, I am thinking due to shipping vertically/upside down. I called support and they asked for pictures then sent me a new tree replacement that is the healthiest of the 3 I received. I will buy from FGT's again.
