Key Lime Tree
Arrived in 3 days and looked well. I planted same day and is doing well. Sprouting new growth.
Made the trip successfully.
So far everything is going as planned. The tree arrived and has been planted. The Willamette Valley is cool and dry this year so we will observe the tree as we move into the summer months. So far, so good.
Great Quality
Tree arrived in excellent condition. It has been in a large pot for about a week and I'm already seeing lots of new growth. I ordered the 2-3 ft tree and it did not disappoint. I'm in GA so I can't plant it in the ground. I plan to keep it in the extra large pot and transfer it to my "garage grow house" in the winter. My Meyer lemon thrives indoors with grow lights during the winter so I'm hopeful the key lime will, too.
How will it compare to my So. FL original
It arrived in good shape ready for planting. We chose to pot it fearing possible freeze in So. GA some winter. It has new growth already aand seems to be settling in nicely. I’m going to wait for fruit before recommending it to those dreaming of Key Lime Pie. I’m wishing for Key Lime Pie in my future.
