- A double dose of 18-6-12 plant food fertilizer with minor elements that lasts for months (for the soil)
- The right amount of liquid essential trace elements needed in small quantities for plants to thrive (think vitamins for health)
- Calcium Nutrient Spray for building hearty plants that produce and hold fruit for full development (for blooms and fruit)
Each component helps your citrus tree at every stage of growth. From transplanting to fruiting, this kit provides the right amount of product in the right ratio. So, these formulas work together, providing the essential vitamins that plants crave. Additionally, the included products help to correct any nutritional deficiencies that show as yellow leaves for a true bonus.

Instructions:
- Controlled release NPK fertilizer: Sprinkle an even coating over the soil, every other month between February and September. You will not need to use all the fertilizer packets at once - use approximately 2 tbsp. for a 1-gallon container.
- Essential trace element spray: Mix one packet with 16 oz. of water and spray directly onto your citrus tree's leaves. Apply every 5-7 days for yellowing leaves, or every 2-3 weeks for nutrient support in May through August.
- Calcium nutrient spray: Mix one packet with 16 oz. of water and spray on your plant. Apply before and after blooming during the growing season. For everbearing plants, apply year-round every 2-3 weeks, alternating with trace element spray applications.

I received it and was very happy to see it has a strong trunk. It was packed very well. No damage to the tree. I received the citrus tree kit. I will use it. I planted the tree in a huge pot. I am very satisfied with my tree and I plan on ordering another tree.

I appreciate the pre packaged kit along with the precise instructions. I bought the care kit to use with my Valencia Orange Tree. I repotted my tree into a pot so that I can bring it in for the winter for a couple of years. I have never grown any kind of a fruit tree in the past. I choose the Valencia Orange because several years ago I was in Florida and bought some Valencia Oranges from the grocery store. They were fabulous! I was living in Alaska at the time and had no way of trying to grow an orange tree. Now I am living in Texas on seven acres and have plenty of room and sunshine to grow what ever I care to try. I like the fact that this “care kit” takes all of the guess work out for a novice like me.
