America's Favorite Grape
The Concord is the number one grape for sweet, tangy juice and nutritious snacking.
These mid-season concords are deep purple, rich and sweet. They're good for you too! Filled with anti-oxidants, they're a healthy snack you'll be proud to eat and serve to your family. You'll receive such a large bounty, you'll have enough to make jelly or juice throughout the year. (Studies show that grape juice has many of the same health benefits as red wine without the alcohol!)
Grow Your Own. Here's How
Often difficult to find in supermarkets, you'll have your fill when you grow your own. The vigorous vines are tough and easy to prune for prolific fruit production each year.
The method is simple. Grow them in a 'T' shape along wires or a trellis. Once a year, prune hard and keep pruning. If it doesn't look like you've taken too much, prune some more- all the way back to about a three-foot central cane. Just make sure you plant it with plenty of full sun in well-drained soil and you'll be amazed at the amount of grapes you'll get.

Growing great
Concord grape plant
The grape plant is doing great it is climbing up my trellis.
Great product and company
I bought 2 Grape vines and was a little worried because they looked like dead twigs coming out of dirt. However, the rest of the plants I ordered looked great so I got them planted quickly, assuming they were just still dormant and not dead. They started Vining very quickly and are doing great. A strong storm came through and did a lot of damage but they are bouncing back quickly!
Concord Grape
Arrived in great shape, and are doing well in our orchard.
Drastically is not generally a Good Thing. . .
I just bought 3 grape plants and they arrived healthy and happy. I will come back next year to review how they've grown. On a separate note, the descriptions of many of the self-pollinating plants here include claims that their yields will be "drastically" improved by the addition of another plant. Per The Princess Bride: "You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means. " May I suggest using "dramatically" instead?
