Nice trees, great customer service!
We ordered 10 of these in August for September delivery. One arrived damaged in transit, the pot had broken loose in the box and the top of the tree snapped. Customer service was excellent-sent us a replacement tree in a few days!! After a very snowy winter in the Northeast, our trees look a bit skimpy but we are hopeful that getting the jumbo trees will result in vigorous growth due to larger root balls. Overall our experience has been great- will upgrade to 5 stars once our trees start to grow and fill out.

Trees were shipped promptly and healthy. Planted in fall and survived a tough winter, doing well!
Too Early to tell. . . .
I cannot yet rate these trees since we planted late in the season last summer. I do not yet know ho the trees will progress. Maybe by next early summer. But so far they are holding up to the winter here in northern New Mexico. We have to water about once a week unless it rains or snows. . . . or if the ground freezes, which has not yet happened.
