A Compact Spruce with Gorgeous Color

Most spruce trees tower over everything - but not the Baby Blue! This compact evergreen offers the same shape and vibrant color as the popular Colorado Blue Spruce - but it won’t grow taller than 25 feet. The Baby Blue Spruce is a semi-dwarf cultivar, perfect for people who love spruce trees but never thought they would have room for one!

Gardeners love the Baby Blue Spruce Tree because it fits so well into small spaces. Its limited height and width potential means that it can grow along borders and walkways. Try planting it alongside other Baby Blues to create a hedge - or as a standalone accent tree!

Baby Blue Spruces are so popular because their silvery-blue hue isn't easily found on other types of evergreens. At the same time, spruces grow in an attractive pyramidal shape that they maintain even without pruning. The density of the tree’s growth habit also gives it a sturdy fullness, unmatched by other evergreens.

Spruces are also incredibly practical. This hardy tree withstands whatever Mother Nature throws at it - extreme cold, high winds, snow, and salt. After it’s established, it’s even drought-tolerant. You don’t even have to worry about pests or deer nibbling on this one! This extremely adaptable, easy tree requires very little from you.

If you’ve been longing for a spruce in your yard but didn’t think you had the space, the Baby Blue Spruce is what you’ve been waiting for! Order yours now.

So glad I found your Web-Site

This spring we purchased the Baby Blue Spruce trees and they arrived in perfect condition. The size was what I expected and matched the web site description well, and the packaging was done with care. We received the trees when our temperatures were in the high 80's - low 90's, so I kept all the plants in the shade and well watered until we could get the trees planted. Upon planting the trees, we soaked the dirt ball in a large bucket of water and waited till the dirt had absorbed all it could. Placed the tree in the hole and covered with nicely enriched soil, giving the roots soft (non compacted area) ground to grow in. I have alway wanted Blue Spruce trees in my yard, and finding these Baby Blue's worked out perfect for us. The mature size will work perfect for the location we chose. Also, the Baby Blue's were just 1 variety of tree/plant I purchased from Fast Growing Trees, we also ordered Hydrangeas, Rhododendrons, Gardenias, and Weigelias and the entire order was perfect and arrived in great condition. We look forward to purchasing more plants when our budget allows. Note: 1 plant did come in damaged, and all I did was send their customer service an email with a couple pictures. A few days later I received a free replacement plant. I highly recommend Fast Growing Trees and will do business with them in the future.

Perfect baby blue

Delivered well packaged. Was afraid of getting an older tree that had been in a pot too long (they permanently lose their wax that makes them blue when that happens) but ours came perfectly blue and healthy looking! Looks more like a shrub than a tree right now but full and healthy!

Baby blues

They arrived quickly and healthy. This has always been one of my favorite trees. Our home is right on the fringe of zone 7-8 so we shall see how it does. Started it off right with some of your evergreen root rocket and keeping it well watered daily. One on the edge of the woods and one up next to the house. Can’t wait to add some lights at Christmas time.

Great Quality

I'm very happy with my 3 baby blue spruce trees. They arrived fast and in great shape. I got them in the ground right away and they are doing great. I don't have a green thumb and I'm very happy with the results so far.
