Trees should be fine!
The ordering process was simple and easy to navigate. Order placement to notification of shipping took about three days. Shipment and travel time took about three more days. The six plants were received a little 'crooked', dirt in containers shaken/loosened, and a couple of branches broken. The shipping process seemed to be a bit rough, but the trees are in the ground and seem to be doing just fine two weeks later.

The trees arrived in very good shape. So far, they are doing well where planted.

The size, shape and health was exactly what I expected.
Happy but lost a few. Replaced under warranty.
Arrived with some healthier than others. Some had the stalk almost bent in half. Ended up losing approx 30% over the winter. I planted them last fall. Filed a warranty claim and received 5 fresh trees sans the shipping cost. No complaints and would buy again.
