Classic Good Looks, Long-Lasting Fruit

Looking for a classic, flowering beauty to add interest to your landscape year-round? The Sweet Sugar Tyme Crabapple provides, with fragrant white flowers and red fruit that lasts through cold, ice and snow.

Classic elegance, season to season. The Sweet Sugar Tyme Crabapple features delicate, pale-pink buds that turn into clouds of white flowers in spring. Abundant, glossy red fruit adds color throughout the winter, even through inclement weather and cold. Plus, lush green foliage turns bronze-yellow in the fall, adding a dose of autumn color.

Adaptable, compact size. A semi-dwarf habit lends the Sweet Sugar Tyme Crabapple a compact size that fits neatly almost anywhere, from small landscapes to sidewalks and commercial areas to underneath power lines. Growing up to 10 feet tall and 10 feet wide, it works well as a standalone specimen or in a group.

Low-maintenance beauty. The Sweet Sugar Tyme Crabapple's flowering branches and fruit add beauty to any landscape, without a lot of work. It requires little pruning to maintain its shape, and is largely resistant to disease and drought.

    4-5ft Sweet Sugar Tyme

We love this tree, and can wait to see it grow! It arrived in excellent condition; shipped up to Ohio, and is very healthy!

    Fingers crossed

It looked happy when it arrived despite a few questionable branches that looked like they were broken but healed. However once we planted it, it’s looking droopy. We’ve had horrible weather, just rainy or gray, very little sunshine so I’m hoping that’s the issue and that it will come back in the spring happier than ever. We got three thujas too that look very content in their spot :)
