These 8-2-2 fertilizer spikes. formulated with biozome, bone meal, feather meal and potassium, improve long-term soil quality for a healthier plantthroughout the season. And since they come pre-measured, all you have to do is stick them in the ground, by your plant's roots.
Plus, these spikes provide nourishing fertilizer at the roots, where plants need them most. It's a mess-free way to ensure your trees and shrubs get the nutrients they need. Just plant them in early spring and late fall!
Directions: Using a hammer and plastic spike cap, drive spikes 1-2 inches below the ground, evenly spacing the spikes in a circle at the tree's dripline. Do not place spikes closer than 30" to the trunk of the tree.
Apply at the base of your plant in early spring and late fall.
