I was so worry because I've never ordered a plant to be shipped.
My tree was beautifully shipped and I live in upstate NY where it on occasion can snow in April; so when I ordered in the middle of April I was concerned. But my tree was great she may have looked like she took a little trip but once I had her out of the box and fluffed up her leaves she was beautiful and continues to get more beautiful each day. I followed all of the directions and looked up any questions I had and it was a great experience.

This is the most beautiful plant !! I am over the moon HAPPY !! She is gorgeous we love her already. Arrived packing was amazing. When we unwrapped her gave her water she just opened up her leaf and they turned different ways every time we look at her. I waited years to purchase this tree. And we are sooooo happy!!
