The tree arrived completely dried out with the trunk (central leader) snapped. There was barely any soil. I am very disappointed. The service was fine and was initially offered store credit, but I don't think this tree will survive. I was offered a full refund without any hassles since this tree is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

White birch
White Birch trees are my favorite tree. The one I ordered was healthy, but arrived with the top 10-12" broken off. I planted it anyway, so I'll see how it does. It looks healthy, but I don't know how the top damage will affect it.
