Planting & Care
1. Planting: Plant your Eastern White Pine in a spot in your yard that gets 4 hours of sun each day. And choose a place in your yard that has moderate soil that isn't too dry or wet. Then, dig a hole that's large enough to accommodate the root ball, place your tree carefully and back fill the soil.
Place a layer of pine needles or mulch around the base for moisture retention. Also, be sure the soil is firm after planting. If you can pull the tree out once it is planted, you need to pack the soil more tightly.
2. Watering: There's no need to water the Eastern White Pine unless you are going through a period of drought. This tree is very drought resistant.
3. Pruning: Prune your tree in winter or fall, and keep only the branches at the top two-thirds of tree. This will help your tree grow straighter and become more disease resistant. Immediately prune any diseased branches.

My three Eastern white Pine trees arrived right on time and in great condition. I left them in their pots u until sufficient rain had fallen to soften the ground. Now that they are in the ground, they are happily growing and will make a great addition to our Texas Hill Country ranch.
Plant came promptly, appears very vigorous after two weeks
This is my 3rd tree I’ve purchased. All are doing great in their new home. Will be purchasing more when the weather breaks.
Well, I was hoping for a nicer tree, but I was able to put it back to life by using fertilizer in the pot and within minutes everything was ok. I'm hoping I have branches through out the tree, because it's the tree she wanted to be buried under, her Ashes. So, we'll see what happens. You did send me a tree that needed a little work done to it, I expected to do that anyway. I would refer you to anyone that needs your trees. Thank You
Came in great condition!
