Want a Birch, but worried about diseases and whether it will tolerate your soil and environmental conditions?
Look no further than the Dakota Pinnacle Birch, a hardy, tolerant and superior Birch...
And with ornamental value in all four seasons.
The hardiest Birch around – you can’t buy a stronger, more resilient Birch tree
Tolerant to all soil and environmental conditions – Pollution? Poor soil? Acidic, sandy, loamy? It doesn’t matter! The Dakota Pinnacle Birch will grow anywhere that doesn’t get too hot.
Thrives in the coldest climates – Do your summers stay below 75? Is you winter ground covered in snow? Then you’re in the ideal climate for this tree.
There are so many outstanding qualities to this tree, it’s hard to say which is the best - from its size and shape to its foliage and bark…
Growing in a columnar/pyramidal shape, this tree reaches a height of ~30 ft. within 10 years and won’t grow much taller…
And at it’s base, where it’s the largest, it reaches ~10 ft. and then tapers up to a perfect point.
Your landscape will be enriched by the vibrant green leaves of spring and summer.
Then in the autumn, you’ll be blown away by how bright the leaves become as they turn into a golden yellow hue.
The first to show autumn color and the last to lose its leaves, the fall display will stick around to impress your neighbors for much longer than a few weeks!
The show continues even into winter with the extraordinarily showy bark…
This exfoliating bark starts out as orange and gray, but within a few years, turns to a creamy white with darker undertones.
Your Dakota Pinnacle Birch with look impressive against your snowy, winter landscape.
