Dakota Pinnacle Birch Trees
The first three trees you shipped to me got destroyed by Fed Ex , so you graciously agreed to replace them all at no cost to me. I have now planted the replacement trees and they look very healthy and should do well in the location I chose for them.

The tree arrived completely dried out with the trunk (central leader) snapped. There was barely any soil. I am very disappointed. The service was fine and was initially offered store credit, but I don't think this tree will survive. I was offered a full refund without any hassles since this tree is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
