We guarantee that your plants and trees will arrive Happy and Healthy. If you're not
satisfied within the first 5 days of receiving, give us a call so we can help make
it right! Plants are living things and will need proper care and nutrients to
acclimate to their new environments. Neglect or purchasing plants that are not
suitable for your growing zone or soil type are not included in this guarantee.
If you have plant issues within the first 30 days give us a call. We will review
your concerns and provide you with a one-time replacement if necessary. Replacement
plant shipping cost is at the customer’s expense.
Should a deciduous tree shipped dormant in the winter or spring fail to emerge from
dormancy by May 30th we will guarantee it outside of the five-day notification
period. You will need to contact us by May 30th so we can review and assist. We may
ask for photos, so we can assist in saving a plant or tree that may just be stressed
due to transit.
Arrival Instructions
Once your package arrives, lift your plant out of the box by its base and remove the plastic wrapping.
Note that some plants may have a cardboard collar for added protection. Remove the collar before you pull your plant from the box.
If you added any Planting Must-Haves to your order, you’ll find them in your box, along with our Planting & Care Guide with Drop N’ Grow Instructions. If your plant is packaged in a burlap bag, refer to these instructions for planting and care.
Once you’ve removed your plant from its box, you’re ready to grow!
If you need to wait a few days before planting, simply ensure your new plants are watered daily and stored in a shady area, protected from the elements.
