The benefits of the Drop ‘N Grow™ bag…

By growing these trees in burlap bags, the roots grow into the cloth, rather than circling around a pot. This forces these trees to put out thousands of fine hair roots. These roots bring moisture and nutrients into the plants. This means you get a tree that will become established quicker and provide you with superior and faster growth.

These will be the easiest trees you have ever planted! Simply dig your hole, place the Drop 'N Grow™ bag in the center (burlap included) then use excess dirt to fill the hole. That's it!

Caring for your Patmore Green Ash is simple. Once you plant your tree, there's really nothing else to do. The Patmore keeps its uniform shape without excessive pruning. Since it's resistant to disease and drought, you won't have to fuss with a lot of upkeep. You can enjoy this gorgeous, fast growing tree, without worrying about the next time you'll need to fertilize or water.

This is the strongest Ash tree there is. The Patmore has been cultivated to be resistant to diseases and pests that commonly plague other Ash trees. Instead of worrying about every little bug or spot that appears, you'll feel comforted knowing that this tree can survive.

You don't need to worry about soil conditions either. This tree can grow and thrive in nearly every soil condition. It is resilient against dry and wet soils and many people love to plant this tree in the wet spots in their yard where nothing else likes to grow.

This tree will bring comforting beauty to your yard. The Ash tree is familiar across the American landscape, often planted along city streets and sidewalks. The recognizable Kelly green leaves and rounded crown will bring a relaxed feeling to any space you choose to plant it in.

You'll love its long-lasting autumn color. The leaves of the Patmore Green Ash tree transition to a bright yellow in the fall. By planting this tree, you'll add a pop of color and contrast to your autumn landscape.

There's no fuss and there's no mess. The Patmore Green Ash tree doesn't drop seeds, which means you don't have to worry about a huge mess in your yard. No mess of seeds means less work for you to do.

Despite the lack of seeds, wildlife still love this tree. Though birds won't flock to your tree to eat the seeds, they'll certainly love nesting in the thick cover of the bright green leaves. You'll likely see finches, bluebirds and even Coopers hawks growing their family in your Patmore Ash Tree.

This classic tree looks perfect in every yard. You can't go wrong with the Patmore Green Ash tree. It will grow rapidly without much fuss and display its gorgeous shape and leaves. It's an easy choice, so it's in demand. Add some easy, classic beauty to your landscape and order a few today.

The patmore green ash was purchased because of the color and looks great as a shade tree
The patmore green ash is growing. I have have nothing but great results from all my purchases from fast-growning-trees. If I have or had questions that would be answered immediately. They are very helpful and curtsey is one thing I like

Deserves 5 Stars
Tree arrived after a bit longer than expected but in great shape. It was well packaged and very much alive and ready for planting. Used mulch and soil 50/50 and is thriving in the scorching Sacramento foothill heat. I would use again in a heartbeat.

Very healthy trees,
Trees came packed very well. Didn't bother them at all being planted in new soil. It was July here in southern IN. when they were planted. Great trees!

Greatly disappointed
They cut the top of the trees. I guess they needed to fit in the box. They were sad sticks. For tree experts they should know better than to cut off the top of trees. We were so sad.
They did reimburse our money so they get a star for customer service.

This tree has struggled so badly (zone 8, makes no sense) The leaves keep getting completely destroyed by pests, though the description says it's resistant to them. It hasn't seemed to have grown at all in the over seven months that I have had it. (Oddly enough, none of my trees from fast growing trees, are growing "fast") I know the tree will be beautiful and worth the wait, I just hope I see some growth so I can feel that the struggles with pests aren't damaging it beyond hope. I have been following all care instructions exactly, and even bought the root rocket, yet it still looks exactly the same as day one, except with almost all leaves chewed off, which requires constant applications.

I am very satisfied with my Patmore Green Ash Tree although it'll be a while before I'll see those beautiful yellow leafs. Nevertheless its worth the wait and meanwhile I'm enjoying seeing it grow. To me, the best part of planting is watching them grow. Thank You for such a nice tree.

Planting & Care

It's Easy to Plant & Care for Your Patmore Green Ash Tree

Patmore Green Ash Tree Planting Diretions

Planting Instructions: Find a sunny place in your yard that gives the Ash tree enough room to grow. Dig a hole a foot longer and twice as wide as the root ball. Place the root ball in the hole and fill it with some soil and then water it. Fill it the rest of the way with soil and water again. Adding mulch to the base of the tree with help with water retention, though it is not necessary.

Watering: Keep your Ash tree well watered in its first 3 years. If you get less than 1" of rain per week, be sure to water deeply that week. When you are first trying to establish your tree, make sure to water very deeply. The Ash grows very quickly and will need water to help itsecure its deep roots.

Maintenance: You can shape the top of your tree by pruning in the Spring, though it is not recommended. The Patmore Green Ash Tree maintains a beautiful pyramidal shape in its early life that matures into a uniformly rounded crown. Be sure to prune off any diseased or dead branches if you see them, as this will maintain the health of your tree. There is no need to ever fertilize the Patmore Green Ash tree.

My front yard & driveway tree selection is green with no significant transition to the paint shades of my home. The removal of a musquite tree will provide the necessary focal point for the color of the Patmore Green Ash. Hope I'M right!

Is this variant susceptible to the Emerald Ash Borer beetle?
Catherine R on Jul 6, 2018
BEST ANSWER: No idea but they are doing great in SW Kansas where I lost a couple cottonwoods to beetles.
Do the roots grow on top of the ground?
Tammie K on May 13, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hi Tammy, no, the roots do not grow above ground, as the tree gets older, you'll see larger root stems appear to be moving outward from the base of the trunk, but they go downward below the surface. These are popular trees in cities because the roots "respect" the sidewalks & streets by not uplifting due to shallow root-run. Hope this helps!!
Is this a potted tree?
melinda s on Sep 2, 2018
BEST ANSWER: No. It came 7ft tall and with planting instructions to plant in the ground. It has no leaves or limbs when it arrives. Only roots in the dirt ball and a 7ft trunk. Ours has sprouted leaves and limbs rather quickly and is beautiful.
Is this deer tolerant?
Diane on Jun 23, 2018
BEST ANSWER: So far it appears so, I have 20 acres in Prime Deer Country in Nebraska and they left them alone this past year. My Cleveland pear trees did not fare so well, the deer ate the bark clean off.
How does it do in wet soil?
DOUGLAS A. E on May 19, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The Patmore Green Ash can tolerate wet soil.
