Show-Stopping Pink-Cream Blooms in One

Why Vanilla Strawberry Hydrangea Shrubs?

These flowers live up to their name. The deliciously named Vanilla Strawberry Hydrangea produces incredible white, pink and deep red blooms. Like a strawberry shortcake, these flowers are irresistible. You (and your neighbors) will stare at the gorgeous blooms that appear year after year!

The flowers bloom throughout the warm months. The blooms begin as a creamy white and then turn to an irresistible pink, finally transitioning to a deep red and burgundy. And since the flowers bloom throughout the spring and summer, you'll get all three hues at the same time.

Even in winter, the Vanilla Strawberry brings visual interest to your yard. As the cooler months set it, the blooms turn an interesting parchment color. The stems can vary in color and sometimes present a bright red, making a unique contrast.

And pollinators love the bright colors of the Vanilla Strawberry Hydrangea. If you want to attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and beneficial bees to your yard, then this plant is the way to go. You'll love watching all the precious pollinators dance around the brightly colored blooms in the spring and summer.

Forget about maintenance...just enjoy the flowers. The Vanilla Strawberry Hydrangea isn't finicky, so you don't have to worry about annoying upkeep. And it's one of the hardiest hydrangeas available. This plant simply wants to soak up the sun and show off its stunning beauty - no pruning, no fertilizing, and no guesswork required.

Some shipping stress but still beautiful and with flowers

Arrived with healthy leaves and blossoms, even though a little bit stressed due to shipping. Dying back a little due to transplant shock, but we're nursing it along and it has not lost more ground, is still 'happy' in its sunny spot and beautiful.

Fast Growing Trees Plant ExpertHi Susan, thanks for taking great care of your hydrangea! A little shipping stress and leaf drop is very common, but keeping the root zone consistently moist and mulched will help it establish strong roots. Feel free to reach out to us anytime if you need any help!

Lovely plant

The hydrangea arrived safely and is an absolutely beautiful plant. It is currently on my back patio, watered and waiting for our 90+ blast furnace weather to cool down a bit. Looks like next week it will finally get planted.

Fast Growing Trees Plant ExpertHello Michelle, your hydrangea sounds like it is being set up for success. Keeping it watered and protected until the weather eases should help make planting day much smoother.

Healthy Shrub

The hydrangea was well packaged. It is planted. We hit a hot,dry spell so watering and watching it closely. It has one bloom and honestly looks more like the Annabelle variety. Perhaps more color will come as it matures.

Fast Growing Trees Plant ExpertThank you for sharing your update! It is completely normal for your hydrangea to show white blooms at first, so rest assured you have the right plant. As the flowers age over the coming weeks, you will see those gorgeous pink tones start to blush through the petals. Keep up the excellent work with the close watering through the summer heat, and please reach out if you ever need care tips!
