Product Processing and shipping were a little harrowing…
Had some issues with shipping. Needed plants before leaving for a trip as they are gifts. Company promised a delivery date and came through but it took 4 days to just process my order. Customer service was patient with my hypersensitivity for the most part until the last contact. My plants were out for delivery with FedEx and suddenly sent back to facility with an exception regarding inspection. I was worried about damage. I needed these to arrive alive and viable. I called Fast Growing trees for an answer and the rep told me I should call FedEx. I did try to contact them with the text option I was given but I got no response. So, I had to do the customer service work. Seems someone — not me — put a vacation hold on my delivery for 5 days! Now I was very suspicious that my plants were damaged. After 5 days sitting at the shipping facility they would definitely be haggard even tho Fast Growing Trees guarantees. But I didn’t have time to wait on them even a day. Once they arrived the next morning I was glad I pursued the quest. The outer box was on its deathbed (pic) but the plants thank goodness were just tossed a bit. Believe it or not, there were 5 plants in here — 2 large jasmine and hydrangea, a medium — a money tree, and 2 small wisteria. (Pic) I unwrapped them all and cleaned them up and will pot them today. It’s obvious they were shipped in quality condition but the shipping is rough on them. I can’t imagine what they would end up like after 5 extra days. The last pic is the morning after planting. All perked up and beautiful!
Nice size plants
The plants are a good size and all had flowers. The shipping was a bit slow and the box was open and one of the plants was pretty smashed up. It looks to be thriving okay but it has only been a week so far.
