Beautifully packed and arrived in perfect health!
I have had a great experience with FGT! The first tree arrived perfectly, and it’s happy in our new pot. I had an opportunity to work with customer service on a shipping issue with another tree, and I am very satisfied with their response. I recommend them and will buy from them again.
Great Purchase
I was concerned when my tree arrived and the label stated it was a Bearss Lemon tree. Called Company and they were very responsive. Received a free replacement right away and again the label stated Bearss Lemon. When I called the second time, the company researched why I was receiving the same. Turns out the Bearss Lime is the same root system, but actually a lime tree like what I wanted. They allowed me to keep both trees. I'm happy not only with the quality of the tree, but their outstanding customer service!
