This northern red Oak is
This northern red Oak is a replacement northern red oak from the one that did not make it through the winter unfortunately. This time, I have bought the one year extended warranty. I didn’t the first time because I thought since I have a green thumb it would work And make it through this winter. Unfortunately it didn’t. So my advice would be, get the warranty. Just in case. Spoke with April, she was extremely nice and very fair and helped me out a ton. Tree came on time, was packaged well and I pulled the old one out and put in the new. I’ve been watering it and I put the root enhancer to help it along. I would recommend that you get the grow kit. Comes with spikes work gloves, and the grow enhancer, including a couple other things to help you out along the way. The tree was 6 to 7 feet, and all the leaves look nice and healthy. Some of the leaves have turned brown, because I think it is due to the growth adjustment. But overall so far so good. Hopefully it will make it through our grill, crazy winters. Fingers crossed! But overall, a very good experience. I’ll continually buy from fast growing trees. Phenomenal service phenomenal product. Only thing is don’t be Pennywise and dollar foolish. Get the warranty so you don’t have to pay out of your pocket like I just had to do. My fault not theirs.

I love my trees! They came wonderfully packaged. The instructions and follow up emails for planting and tree care/ support are great! I’ve had my trees for one week now. The leaves did get a little “wilty” after a couple of days, like the instructions said they might do, but after consistently watering them, they are back to “normal. ” Definitely recommend!
