Little lime light tree
Hello, well our little lime light tree arrive yesterday in Mass. I am hoping for the best! We dug a hole twice as wide and deep with a mix of compost, inground miracle grow soil and a bit of the soil around the hole. We added light fertilizer as it is August. We watered it yesterday and then again after planting. . it has been hot here. . many small branches look like they have been broken during transit but the trunk looks healthy and strong. It is definitely the correct height we ordered. It looks sad right now, but I am hoping for the best. . ! Next year, I hope to change my 3 stars to 5!
The little tree that could
When this cute little tree arrived, I planted it right away and then we have a week of over 90°heat and then turned to a week of colder temps. I didn’t think this tree would make it as it was in total shock, wilting and losing its leaves. But I kept watering it and used the fertilizer I bought from them and doing everything the instructions said to do and a month later I noticed new baby leaves starting to grow and now I have 8 gorgeous blooms! I love how it’s white at first and then turns to the beautiful mauve/pink after awhile. We have clay in our soil and this tree must love it cause it’s just thriving now. I can’t wait to see what it’ll do next year!
Great little tree
Had concerns when first arrived. However, the tree has settled in and is blooming/thriving just fine
Lil’ Lime Hydrangea
It was a little rough beginning with the deer loving this, but some deer repellent and I am so happy it’s thriving now! This flower bed has had issues no matter how much I amend the soil and luckily this hydrangea loves the clay moistness! Perfect size for my needs.
