Arrived in good shape
Was pleased with this item, was in perfect shape,
Disappointing experience
Came damaged, snapped in half. You gave us credit for the tree but you could not replace it, so we hd to do without.

Very healthy and taller than expected
Seems good so far. . .
Overall experience was ok. When the packaging was opened, one of the branches was broken pretty badly. Still planted it as directed and so far it seems ok. Time will tell how it grows to see if it's what I expected.
We wish the delivery was
We wish the delivery was more careful. The tree was packaged nicely. We opened the package as directed to find a fairly good amount of foliage. Several of the leaves had bad edges from either rotted or insect damage. We planted the tree exactly as directed and so far it looks to be okay. I did remove several of the bad leaves to have a more pleasing curb appeal.
