Very Good
Perfect shipping experience, on time. All items received well, a few discombobulated in their root ball burlap sack (4 of 28), but in good condition for planting. Very good experience and hope all works out well. You should note on your site these trees come in burlap wrapped in plastic bag for shipping purposes. Else a plastic pot may be expected like me. I'm stagging mine 4 weeks ahead of planting and needed $200 worth of pots. Had I known ahead of time, could have gone to local nursery and accomplished the 5g pots for 1/8th the cost. I understand your rationale in shipping cost, but I paid in the end. Let's hope the trees survive the year warranty. That's my honest review for $3K. Chris Paul, BSME

Overall great , trees can 2 days later than promised, but customer service took care of the inconvenience. But trees arrived in great condition.
