Planting & Care
1. Planting: Select a spot with well-drained soil and full sun (6 to 8 hours of sunlight per day).
Plant your rose in a hole twice as wide but just as deep as the root ball. Water immediately to establish roots. Add a 3-inch layer of mulch to prevent weeds.
If you're planting in a container, select a pot that's about twice the size of your plant's shipped container and use organic soil. Place your rose, water to settle its roots, and find a sunny spot on your porch or patio to place your container.
2. Watering: Water weekly, or check the surrounding soil. When the soil is dry about 3 inches down, it's time to water your rose.
If your rose is container-planted, water until you see it flowing from the drainage holes at the bottom.
3. Fertilizing: Feed with a liquid rose fertilizer, once in the spring and once in the summer. Follow the instructions on the package.
4. Pruning: Other than shaping, no pruning is required.

Beautiful Roses
The climbing rose arrived in tacked and looks healthy. I planted the next day. It has not bloomed but it takes awhile to acclimate to its new home. Overall, good experience! Am looking forward to the beautiful roses it will produce.

The most beautiful roses!
I ordered this climbing rose bush to beautify my privacy lattice wall for my patio. It arrived in great conditions with a couple of rose buds. The root system and soil were wrapped in burlap and then covered in plastic in a pot held together by a zip tie. Everything was wonderfully intact. I called customer service to ensure that I was supposed to plant it in the burlap. They were of wonderful assistance explaining that it protects the root system during the cold, the bag is biodegradable and the roots grow right through. I planted according ro the directions on the sight and in a couple days my first rose was already in bloom followed shortly by another. When I say this is the most beautiful colored roses I have seen it's true. They are very unique. They begin as a yellow, turn to orange then to a beautiful shade of reddish orange. I absolutely love them. It will definitely be a focal point in my flower filled backyard. They say it take 3-5 years for it to reach it's full growth. There is no doubt that I will enjoy it's beauty all along the way!
