All we ask is that you send a picture of your plants for verification.
Warranty must be added at the time of checkout and cannot be added after your order has been completed. Replacement plant shipping cost is at the expense of the customer.

Well let's put it this way I haven't need you guys for that and I hope I don't so we'll go by that because I don't know how it's going to be when I need to talk to somebody to return or whatever that policy is that I probably have not read so you know we'll see what happens
