All we ask is that you send a picture of your plants for verification.
Warranty must be added at the time of checkout and cannot be added after your order has been completed. Replacement plant shipping cost is at the expense of the customer.

I ordered this tree even though it was coming clear across the US to California because they do offer the free warranty on their trees. I have 2 hugs Mimosa's and love them and ordered the Chocolate Mimosa to add some different colors here.
