All we ask is that you send a picture of your plants for verification.
Warranty must be added at the time of checkout and cannot be added after your order has been completed. Replacement plant shipping cost is at the expense of the customer.

Wonderful trees!
1 year could be great 2 years!
I really like the fact that if something happens to my tree in a year during the purchase time, then I’ll be able to get another one! I don’t think there should be a problem if we push it to 2 years warranty, there’s nothing to lose because the company has great reputation and reviews so 2 years warranty could be awesome! And better deals to engage more new or old customers to buy more products from the store!

Good prices and a good warranty. Had 4 out of 5 trees die so they let me order another tree. 1 tree,not 4 but that’s my fault I waited to send in pictures of the dead trees. I was just hoping they would grow through the dead branches,like some trees do. They didn’t come back. . So I missed the deadline, my fault. (I guess). .
