I have purchased many trees (10 to be exact - to include Emerald Green, Red Maple, and Cleveland Pear)) from FGTs and have yet to have one fail. I would suggest that you keep a close watch on 'bag-worms' however. Can't say for sure that a tree was infested when I received it or it happened after planting. But I discovered one of my Emerald Greens was badly infested and caught it just in time. Spraying and removal by hand saved the tree and those around it but it was close. Please ensure all your trees are clean when shipped. Ergo the 4 rather than 5 star rating.
