Colorado Blue Spruce
I was very surprised at how nice and full and healthy this tree was. (I really shouldn't be surprised after reading many of the other happy reviews from other customers!). It came packaged very nicely. It arrive on July 4th. We ALL (family was over) were surprised it arrive on the holiday and we planted it together! It was a fun family event for the 250th Fourth of July!! Our CELEBRATION TREE!! We've been watering as directed being careful to not over water as we are having really hot and some humid weather here in Michigan right now. I was concerned that since the tree is so young and we've had many HOT Sunny days if I should put a "cheese cloth" type of tent over it to prevent the hot sun from burning it? We are looking forward to seeing this grow and we are sooo happy with our purchase. We will definitely be ordering a few more trees.

My Colorado blue spruce came today!!! I’m so excited I have wanted one of these for over 15 years. It is beautiful and perfect. I’m making sure to educate myself to do my best to make sure this beautiful tree lives for a very long time. It was packaged very good!! The plant specialist, Elvis was very helpful and had great customer service skills and no he is not a AI he is real… I will order again for sure.

We purchased several Colorado Blue Spruce trees from Fast Growing Trees (22 to be exact), and overall we've been very pleased with the experience. The trees arrived healthy and in good condition, although they were a bit smaller than we expected based on the gallon size. That said, what matters most is how they're doing now, and they seem to be thriving. The trees have established well, are showing healthy new growth, and appear to be adapting nicely to our local conditions. One thing we've learned the hard way is that you shouldn't rely solely on the hardiness zone listed on a website when selecting trees. Local climate, elevation, soil conditions, wind exposure, and moisture levels can make a huge difference in whether a tree actually survives and flourishes. We now do additional research on what naturally grows well in our specific area before planting. We especially appreciated that Fast Growing Trees was willing to work with us and discuss these concerns. Their customer service was responsive and understanding regarding our experience with tree selection and survivability. While the trees were smaller than anticipated, their health and growth have been excellent so far, and we're looking forward to watching them mature over the coming years. Overall, we're happy with our purchase and would buy from Fast Growing Trees again.
