Good size, multiple shoots
I was very happy with the size. I thought it looked bigger than on some reviews. It's 3. 5 ft high with the pot. It has a main trunk and 4 small "satellite" trunks spread evenly. I think it will look amazing as it grows. I will edit the post with a picture of it planted.

Tree arrived as described. No damage at all. Packaged very nicely for shipping. Planted in a large pot and it is doing great.

After the heat wave I finally got my needle palms in the ground. They look fantastic. Perfect edition to my backyard oasis.
Thriving despite rough journey
After arriving in rough shape due to improper handling and revoking by FedEx, with a little TLC the plants are back in good shape and thriving after less than 2 weeks. Had to repot due to cracks in original pots ( rough handling) but they are doing awesome and a great accompaniment to our new patio deck. Fast growing reacted immediate replaced missing support item lost in the transit repacking. This is 6th order from them and 2 fig trees, 1 cherry tree and 2 grape plants ordered over last few years are all doing great.
