Large Sweet Fruit
Our Moorpark Apricot Trees produce the largest, sweetest apricots you'll ever taste. You won't find them in the grocery store, so enjoy your large bounty of sweet fruit and be sure to share with your friends and family. If you enjoy baking cobblers or making jam, this is the best choice. Can, dry or freeze to enjoy them all year - and feel good about snacking on a delicious treat that is loaded with Vitamin A, Vitamin C & healthy antioxidants.
Your tree will produce fruit from July to late August, but you don't have to wait until then to benefit from the Moorpark Apricot. We've groomed and nurtured this tree so that when it arrives, it will be ready to perform the first spring.
Beautiful Flowering Tree
Every spring you can expect your tree to provide an amazing display of small white flowers. It will fill your landscape with a sweet aroma that you'll look forward to each season.
Easy to Grow and Maintain
These fast-growing trees require little to no maintenance, They're tolerant of most soils and growing conditions.
The Moorpark Apricot Tree is self-pollinating, which means that you can plant just one tree to get fruit. However, we recommend planting a Moorpark with a Blenheim Apricot tree for cross-pollination... so you get even more fruit throughout the summer.
Your tree will mature to a height of just 15-20 ft. tall, so they easily fit in most yards. Best suited for growing zones 5-9.
We carefully pack our trees to arrive in great condition and ready to thrive. Order now to enjoy your tree the first spring.
Moorpark Apricot Pollination
Moorpark Apricots are self-fertile. You will get fruit with only one plant. However, adding an additional Moorpark Apricot will drastically increase the size of your crop.

Arrived in shock. Wasn't sure it would make it. New foliage appeared recently. Far from bearing fruit this season.
Doing very well. Nicely branched and leafed. ........................................................................................
I was a little disappointed in how long it took to receive the plant. I've only had it a week or so. There were quite a few holes in the leaves. The delivery service stood it on end when it specifically said lay flat. When they stood it on end they stood it upside down so all the dirt came out. It seems to be holding its own though.
Service great.but time of transport for arrival to long and burlap wrap on both trees did not hold.
Great service but the original tree and second free replacement pdid not grow....both dried and died..
Still in shock!?!
My Moorpark came well packaged with no damage. It had several limbs but no leaves when it arrived. In fact there haven't been any indications that the tree is alive except there is a waxy coating to the branch ends and the last 6 inches of the branch are a beautiful deep brown. I am thinking it is still in shock and that we will not see anything until next spring?
