Our 4 shrubs arrived here in Northern California intact and healthy looking despite one of the boxes being burst open in places. We will be planting this weekend. 🏴🙂

When 2 of my bushes arrived there were broken branches. Two replacement bushes showed up immediately. The bushes are all healthy with new growth showing. Thank you.
The plants were in good
The plants were in good shape considering the miles they'd been transported. They've been in the ground for more than a week. I was pleased with the plants and ordered six more which arrived today. These are in great shape too, and maybe a little larger.
