Awesome seed
I seeded an area from where I removed a tree and we got a lot of rain here in Tennessee so this grass just took off. It took about 5 days to show a green haze during June and it really took off in July. Im very impressed with the fertilizer covered seed so I ordered more for a plan to seed my entire yard next year.

It worked beautifully. The grass is lush and thick. Out greening the rest of the neighborhood. Lol. Would most definitely buy again.
Take a few weeks to show growth but seems to be good
I have used this for both spot seeding and overseeding. Quality is good and show growth after a few weeks. I have purchased this before. expensive and goes on sale every now and then. . . .
1 week later. . . . . .
This is my 2nd time using this grass seed. Each time the grass from this seed has grown extremely fast. In about a week after planting this seed new grass appeared everywhere that I used it. Since I have had consistent success with this seed in different yards I am convinced that this grass seed is the real deal. Don't be fooled. The seed sold in the big box stores is no where as good as this seed (and if you are wondering yes I have used some seed from a big box store also). I did do a few things to make sure that I had the best success with this seed though. First I loosened the top layer of dirt using a rotary hand cultivator. Next I applied the seed using a hand spreader. Lastly I used some garden soil to lightly cover over the seed. To keep from burying the seed to deep I tried to cover with just enough soil to where I didn't see any blue color from the seed.
Wrong Grass
It's not the grass I thought it was, my mistake. I was looking for something to overseed with the centipede grass. This appears to be Gulf Course grass seed.
