A two month review. Small, strong, sturdy, and one day.. stunning!
I ordered 12 of the smallest size. 11 of the 12 came in looking good. Fast growing trees was very quick to immediately send me a replacement for not only the one dead one, but one additional one that was looking weak compared to the others. Fast forward two months to now and my new Natchez’s are doing wonderful!! They have more than doubled in size and several already have blooms!! The results are far better than I expected. Even after a rabbit came through and chopped one completely in half, it grew back and is still bigger than what it was originally. I can’t wait to see how eye catching these beauties become as I line my property with them. I want to give some advice though to those who would purchase them. If you receive them during the spring and plant them while they have some leaves on them, expect those leaves to die. The day after I planted all my Myrtle’s, the majority lost their leaves. This is due to stress but I think also due to living in a sheltered environment and then suddenly experiencing full direct sun. Do not be worried about them. Water them very often ( I did daily for awhile) as their have barely any excess root material. Mine look stunning considering how little they were when they arrived and I can’t wait to see how fast they grow. Would def purchase from fast growing trees again. I’ve always made 3 orders this year.
