Very happy with my new fig
I recently ordered and received a Violette de Bordeau fig 1 gallon size plant. Not only did it arrive 24 hours early it arrived in perfect condition - compost damp and none the worse for being in a dark cardboard box for a day or so in transit. Like others I would say it is not a huge plant, but very healthy and I'm sure it will get away once established in my garden. I'd recommend Fast Growing trees, they delivered exactly what they said they would.
Fig tree
The fig tree is smaller than I thought it would be, but it looks very healthy with deep green leaves. You kept me informed about shipping delays which was nice to have. Overall happpy with the tree and the service provided.
Bad arrival, good recovery
Arrived during major heat wave with 102 degrees. BUT with shade and lots of water it perked up and no leaves were lost. Waited a good week before pot planting and another week in bright shade. Looking very good now.
Not happy
When I finally received my tree was very disappointed on how small it was
It took a while to
It took a while to arrive but when it got here it was truly beautiful! Perfectly wrapped no damage whatsoever. I am excited to get it in the ground and see how it grows.
