Grass arrived healthy and strong
Excellent
So far…excellent
This review is restricted to the delivery and adaptation of the plants afterward. I always recommend transplanting plants this size (1 gallon pot) to a transitional medium in soil pots (15 gallon) where I can acclimate them to their eventual sites. This allows me to closely monitor them and give the roots some real estate to establish themselves amongst the biomass. It also allows for more calibrated watering. ⅔ of these did fabulously well. The remaining ⅓ required extra care and seemed to be smaller in the pots on arrival. In retrospect I would have placed them all under shade cloth to reduce the stresses. High quality plants. Excellent packaging. Only caution is to be really careful on arrival to the less vigorous and thus more vulnerable plants, especially if they arrive in peak summer sun. Another review next year as they grow into their full potential…
