Customer Reviews & Photos
Do not take ads at face value, contact for specific sizes, height and health
Fortunately for me I only spent $300. I would be furipus if I spent more. My trees were advertised to be between 1foot and 2foot tall. I bought 11. Not one tree was over 1foot tall. Not False advertising.....as they met the threshold but my expectations were for a few to be in middle range and maybe a couple toward the high range. No all the minimum. 3 trees cane no dirt on life support. The good news is after multiple emails they will cover if they die. The other 8 are TBD as yellow and frail despite care. I requested IF they die since on small end of ad and not healthy that they be covered. I was told not Without insurance and even if I had insurance I would have to cover shipping on each. Not Worth it. How about Stand by your product? I was then asked why I didn’t ask for Pictures or sizes puttinG onus on me....if I had Known that was an option I would have, because if I had known I was going to get runt unhealthy trees I would have purchased from another company. So mainly do Your Due diligence before ordering so You don’t get The minimum on the range and also unhealthy trees that you will not Know If survive until months after planting. I hope my trees survive but will be a while before I know. Good luck. * follow up. The next day after my post FGT reached out to me to not only be reasonable in assuring Based on the information I brought forward that if my trees do not make it through the winter that they would be replaced. This was my concern all along based off the issues I raised immediately upon receipt of the products and the sizes of them. Although I do wish some of the items I brought forward are corrected, and could have been resolved earlier I will say for another party to stand up and review the details of the issue and offer a fair solution was appreciated by me. I appreciate this and had this solution been brought forward to me prior to my posting of this review it would have alleviated my concern on the product and I would have rated my experience a 4 star. If the trees do survive without the risk as presented I would raise to a 5 star.
Great customer service
I had a tree or 2 pass away during transportation. That staff were friendly and helpful and got me new healthier trees right away.

Knock out rose tree
We just received the tree and just got the plant I to the ground. It was package well and held up well through the shipping. The tree has been planted and is doing a well as we can tell. Too late in the season to determine if and what it will look like, but hopefully next year it grows and blooms.
Planting & Care
1. Planting: Select a well-drained site in full to partial sun (4 to 8 hours of sunlight per day). If you choose a partial sun location, make sure your roses receive at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day (afternoon shade is better than morning shade).
First, space 3 feet apart if planting multiple trees. Dig a hole twice as wide and twice as deep as the root ball. Backfill the soil until you have a hole the same size or slightly larger than the container the rose is in. Plant the rose at the same depth as it is in the container. Mulch around the base of the tree to keep competing weeds and grasses from growing.
2. Watering: Keep Knock Out® Roses moist at all times. Water around the roots rather than overhead, and water about once or twice weekly. Mulching will greatly assist with soil moisture retention.
3. Fertilizing: Fertilize with an organic rose fertilizer once a month.
4. Pruning: Sterilize your sharp pruning shears with hot water or rubbing alcohol, and always prune at an angle. Start by pruning back a little in the spring after the last hard freeze, and prune it back to 12 inches off the ground after it is established. Remove dead or old canes at any time.
