Elegance and Style in One Graceful Shrub

Beautiful Fragrant White Flowers
A dependable shrub with year-round interest. It will reach 3 to 4 feet in height and width and produce the most impressive white, trumpet-shaped flowers each spring. The velvety soft blooms will adorn its deep green foliage into summer adding a lightly perfumed scent to the air.  The showy spring entrance arrives on time each and every year. Then, the evergreen provides golden foliage in the fall.

Easy and Long-Living
Expect this beauty to be a part of your landscape for a long time. The Delaware Valley White Azalea is not finicky, which is why it's a popular choice for those who like Azaleas but have had a difficult time growing them. This variety has a life-span of 40+ years and doesn't require a lot of attention.  It's drought tolerant, will adapt to most soil types and requires only minimal pruning after flowering. It does best in well-drained, acidic soil - in full to partial sun.

The Delaware Valley White Azalea is so beautiful and easy-going.  Choose where to put it and be confident it will thrive.  If you're looking for the perfect accent to your existing garden, it's a great choice (and will most likely steal the show.)  This shrub is also great as a border along your sidewalk, or walkway leading up to your entrance or back patio.  In the summer the flowers and aroma are truly special. If you're looking to define your property line - or just step up the boring green hedges in front of your home, this is a great selection.

Great Gift
When you're at a loss for what to buy for a wedding couple, a new homeowner, college graduate, someone grieving a loss, or a special friend - this is a meaningful and inexpensive gesture that will remind them of your kindness.

They survived a brutal first winter

I purchased two of the Delaware Valley White Azaleas in June 2018, and they seemed to be doing fine in my heavy clay Indiana soil. We experienced a polar vortex in early 2019 with temps as low as -35, but the azaleas survived and are full of buds now in late April. My Encore azaleas did not fare as well and may have to be replaced. I look forward to seeing the Delawares bloom for the first time, but I'm concerned that they haven't grown even one inch since they were planted 10 months ago. I'll feed them and see how they do.

It looks perfect

I just planted it recently and it's beginning to grow already. I'm anxiously waiting for it to bloom. Unfortunately I think it will be spring before I see any blooms. The plant arrived in excellent shape. I followed the directions and it settled in nicely. I would recommend using this company again. If I need plants later on I will be sure to check with them. I needed a white azalea because it is replacing an azalea that has been in this spot for over 20 years and it's neighbor is a bright purple. It's neighbor is deciduous and I think this one will stay green. I do wish that the packaging confirmed whether it was deciduous or not but that's my only complaint and it's a minor one.

These azaleas were the first shrubs to leave out after a harsh Boston winter and the first to bloom. This performance in their first year has really exceeded my expectations. They look great.

Totally impressed! Plants came very small but with the plant food that I ordered grew very very quickly and were in full bloom within weeks! Unbelievable! I am thrilled with all four of these plants. They do not bloom at the same time. The male and the female plants seem to bloom at different times. I put two in the front of my house and two in the back of my house. One in the front and one in the back bloomed at the same time and then when they were almost finished flowering the other two started to bloom. So the front and the back were both beautiful all spring!
