Deep Crimson Red Blooms + Full, Upright Growth
Why Dancing in the Dark™ Rose Trees?
Dark red roses, aging to nearly black, set the Dancing in the Dark™ Rose Tree apart, giving you vibrant, velvety texture against a matte green backdrop. Plus, because the Dancing in the Dark™ Rose grows full and upright without much upkeep, you'll get the look of a professional rose garden.
It's fast-growing and tolerates urban pollution well, making it ideal for driveway borders or even street plantings. The Dancing in the Dark™ Rose fills out fully, so you get a blanket of rich, vivid color in no time. And it's particularly fragrant, making it ideal for cuttings to bring indoors or to give as gifts right from your garden.
The Dancing in the Dark™ is also well-suited for pollinator gardens and mass plantings in flower beds since it attracts bees. Whether you plant in containers to flank your front door or place in colorful bunches to upgrade your curb appeal, the Dancing in the Dark™ Rose gives you the best yard on the block.

Planting & Care
1. Planting: Select a well-drained site in full to partial sun (4 to 8 hours of sunlight per day). If you choose a partial sun location, make sure your roses receive at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day (afternoon shade is better than morning shade).
First, space 3 feet apart if planting multiple trees. Dig a hole twice as wide and twice as deep as the root ball. Backfill the soil until you have a hole the same size or slightly larger than the container the rose is in. Plant the rose at the same depth as it is in the container. Mulch around the base of the tree to keep competing weeds and grasses from growing.
2. Watering: Water around the roots rather than overhead, and water about once or twice weekly. Mulching will greatly assist with soil moisture retention.
3. Fertilizing: Fertilize with an organic rose fertilizer once a month.
4. Pruning: Sterilize your sharp pruning shears with hot water or rubbing alcohol, and always prune at an angle. Start by pruning back a little in the spring after the last hard freeze, and remove any old or spent canes.
Estimated Shipping Time: Most orders ship immediately. As noted on the website, some items are seasonal, and may only ship in spring or fall. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

I absolutely LOVE my Dancing in the Dark Rose trees The original trees arrived looking pretty poorly likely because they sat in a hot truck and I live in a hot climate. I reached out to the Customer Service team at Fast Growing Trees were super responsive and sent me two new trees. They arrived beautiful and I am so happy with them. Thank you for the amazing customer service!
Wasn’t fully bloomed but is a good product over all.
I was pleased with the tree that arrived in good condition. The other has dried leaves but the support I received concluded that the tree is still alive and will bounce back with care and watering. I will do that and continue to wait and see. I have confidence in the customer support advice.
Thank you so much for giving your tree some time to recover from shipping! We are confident that it will be beautiful in just a few short weeks!
