I purchased Annabelle hydrangeas, and unfortunately two of the plants arrived damaged. I contacted customer service, and they sent replacements right away with no hassle. The plants are now thriving and doing very well. I can’t wait until spring to see them in full bloom. Highly recommend!

Not up to par
When the tree arrived it looked dry and shriveled up, not real healthy, with only a couple leaves on it. It was planted anyway. . . We'll see how it looks in spring. Everything else I've ever ordered looked very healthy and have done well.
