Plant This Yard: Hydrangea & Evergreen Landscape

Great looking tree, arrived in one piece earlier than expected. Size’d as expected. It’s in the ground and looking great. Very happy.

All 16 of my Emerald Green Arborvitae’s arrived on time and in great condition. I have planted them and they r stunning and thriving. I was impressed with the amount of fertilizer on the trees. I is such a delight to do business with a great and caring company. Now just watering and watching them grow.

I ordered the 3 gallon hydrangea. I planted this about 4 days ago, it’s doing well and is even starting to have a few blooms.

We bought two of the vanilla strawberry hydrangea two years ago. When we opened the box, it looked like two dead sticks. We almost sent them back, but went ahead and planted them. The following spring (last year), we were surprised to see them growing. By the end of the season, they were quite large and loaded with flowers. This year they have gotten much bigger, with even more flowers. They are gorgeous and fill in a corner I didn't know what else to do with. As you can see from today's photo they are just beginning to turn pink. As a bonus, we picked a bouquet last year when they were at the height of their color, tied them upside down to dry, and a year later, they are still beautiful. The blue ones in the photo are from a different hydrangea in our yard. They also dry nicely. These flowers were cut a year ago.
