Your plants will arrive in a nursery pot, secured inside a box that is purposefully designed to protect your plants while in transit. See the video below for more details.

Unbox your plants soon after they arrive to provide sunlight and fresh air. We recommend unboxing the same day, but don’t worry if it’s a day or two later!

If you’re not planting right away, you can keep your plants in their nursery pots until you’re ready. Just keep them protected from harsh sun or wind, and water when the soil is dry.

With every plant purchase, you’ll receive a FREE 1-year Alive & Thrive™ Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your trees and plants within the first 365 days, we will provide a one-time store credit for the replacement cost that you can use on any of our products.
