Low-Profile TreeGator Prevents Transplant Shock
When you're making an investment and effort in planting new trees in your landscape, you can assure their survival and growth by using TreeGator - a truly simple and innovative drip irrigation system in a bag.
TreeGator's benefit kicks in instantly to help your new tree through the shock and stress that comes from transplanting it, releasing the proper amount of water directly to the root structure where it is needed most.
The TreeGator is designed to significantly reduce tree loss by ensuring an even amount of moisture in summer and preventing frost damage in winter. This specially designed water bag has been created by landscape pros to minimize evaporation and keep the soil damp, which is the #1 failure point of newly planted trees and shrubs.
Unlike other drip bags, TreeGator Junior Pro is low profile and rises only 6 inches from the base of your tree. If you properly add a thick bed of mulch, you won't even see the Junior Pro! It's also useful to use on shrubs with a lower trunk that will not accommodate the larger drip bags.
With hot summers and droughts the norm around the country, TreeGator is an absolute necessity to protect your new trees and shrubs. You will not have to worry about whether you have provided your tree enough water, and you can go on vacation and relax knowing that this nifty drip system is taking all the anxiety out of caring for your landscaping.
TreeGator is super easy to install without any tools, and it can easily be filled up with a standard garden hose or can even be connected to a rain barrel! It's a super time saver that takes the worry out of continually remembering whether you've watered your new tree or not. Plus, all the water that goes into the drip bag is used up with no waste, so TreeGator is environmentally friendly with regard to water use.
The bag will be empty in approximately 5 to 8 hours, so fill 1 to 2 times a week or as needed, and you're ready to go.
Don't wait - get yours with your new purchase today!
Typically, a fully filled TreeGator will empty over a 5-8 hour period, discharging water from the two elbow-shaped PVC emitters. If your TreeGator bag is emptying faster than expected, ensure your bag is completely full of water, and confirm that the emitter nozzles are inserted correctly and/or are not missing. Ensuring your TreeGator is placed on a flat surface can also help regulate watering - it will drain faster when placed on a slope.

- Tree gator
Tree Gator, Jr.
I’ve use these and several other brands over the years and tree gator is better than the other brands. However, the drips plug up with clay and you can’t use them after a short period of time. I don’t know if you can use a paper clip or a needle to clear the debris or not.
Thank you for the feedback!
