Fair - hoping will look better next year
I planted this tree in May. When it arrived, it appears that all the leaves were covered in these small black spots, which then enlarged over time. Looks like some type of blight. Was losing a fair amount of leaves right after arrival. I planted the tree and have been watering regularly which has helped prevent further leaves from being losses. Just recently in early August, I saw the first new growth develop since it has been planted. I am hoping it does OK over the winter and then in the spring with all the new leaves that grow will help to kick whatever blight affected it this year.
Perfect ornamental tree for curve appeal
This tree is definitely a show stopper!, the colors are unreal and it seems to be fast growing. Would definitely recommend. Pictures are of 6-7 months apart

The tree died in shipping. Wanted a refund, but they just gave me a credit. Unfortunately, no more red bud trees are in stock.
Rising Sun Eastern Redbud
When it arrived the leaves were a little beat up looking. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the tree. It has now had time to produce some new foliage and is on it's way to looking better.
