Excellent.
Better than expected
Perfect petite gingko tree!
Beautiful healthy tree, carefully packed in sturdy shipping box. Arrived in perfect condition. Gingko is my very favorite tree and my space does not permit growing a large one. This tree is the perfect size. Plus vendor assured me that they only offer male trees so no messy fruit. Excellent transaction in every way--could not possibly have been better.

Wow! Great tree! Arrived in beautiful condition and even taller than expected. Added some “root rocket” and enjoying this pretty little tree. Can’t wait to see if it is yellow as some other ginkos - to compliment the red maple -intending to have a fun fall show!
broken leader
The tree looked great except the leader was broken. I called but there were not replacement trees available. The image shows the broken piece, which was eventually trimed. Packaging was not damaged. I am hoping the tree will recover, but only time will tell. I did purchase the alive and thrive guarantee. When I called, the team was very responsive to help find a solution. I am giving 4 stars due to great customer service.
