Was disappointed…BUT
I was initially sent the wrong tree, after a week of emails, Jasper and I finally resolved the issue and you sent me the correct tree. I saw you on Fox News and wanted so badly to support your business. While I wish the issue had been resolved immediately, I do understand mistakes happen and in the end I am completely satisfied!
